Our community of fit and enthusiastic seniors inspires me every day, and I am thrilled to share their experiences with you. CHAIR AEROBIS WITH SHARON
IF YOU DON’T MOVE IT YOU WILL LOOSE IT..
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO BRING A TOWEL TO WIPE UP MY PERSPIRATION AFTER SITTING ON A CHAIR FOR 45 MINUTES.
WITH SHARON’S PASSION, INSPIRATION AND KNOWLEDGE I AM NOW MOVING WITH GREATER FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH
I EVEN MOVED MY WORK SCHEDULE AROUND SO THAT I DON’T MISS OUT ON A CLASS.

Sharon does a lot of research and is always trying out new moves to challenge our bodies and minds. She is an excellent encouraging instructor and we all benefit greatly from her classes.

I usually get up with a backache, so early in the morning. I do one of your sessions with a mini ball, where I stretch my back, and most of the time, my back is fine afterwards fro the rest of the day.

I find Sharon’s Chair Aerobics classes great! The way she introduces new activities and mixes it up means there’s more enthusiasm around the class.
She is also aware of people’s individual abilities, introducing variations to enable everyone to participate.
I certainly feel after a class that I have worked hard. There is always a cheerful air around the class…along with a few groans

After having been involved in football (soccer) at an NT level as a coach and sports trainer I thought that seated aerobics would be a doddle. I was wrong and feel I have benefited from each session. I have really enjoyed “seated” with Sharon and find her enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Sharon obviously spends considerable time in her preparation and ensuring that the exercises extend us but are at an appropriate level for our age and range of abilities as oldies in the class.
