Zoom Classes
I would love to teach tailored Zoom Fitness Classes to your Organisation.
The workouts I do are designed for adults over 50 (and beginners). I focus on muscles and muscles groups, rather than cardio. I do a lot of stretching, strength and mobility work which addresses both the strength and flexibility of the body.
