How do Virtual Classes Work?

How do virtual classes work?

Virtual classes allow you to stay active in the comfort of your home.  You connect to the class via Zoom.

What equipment will I need?

Pilates:  Mat, light weights, bands, soft ball.

Seated Aerobics:  Sturdy Chair, Light Weights (heavier weights) bands, soft ball

Strong & Functional:  Support (chair) Light Weights (heavier weights) bands, soft ball

Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

The classes are not recorded however I do repeat the classes on youtube 

What technology is required?

Internet connection, lap top or Ipad.   I can help you join.

Passes & Memberships

Single Class Pass/COTA NT


Classes start at $9 per session

10 Class Pass


1 Free Class

Class Passes can be used for studio & all virtual classes

Personal Training

$65 per 30 Mins

Book and Pay for 5 Sessions for $300

Private Classes


Private Classes for small groups start at $150 reduced to $120 for 8 or more classes
