At Home Barre Class

Standing Workout

Dynamic Balance and Barre is a standing workout for over 50’s and Beginners.  This class is focused on improving your balance as well as strengthening the muscles required to keep your upright.

In this class I have combined two unique concepts into one class for maxium results.

A barre workout is a great way to tone and strengthen your whole body while standing.

Dynamic Balance exercises will challenge your stability and improve your ability to recover from falling over.

Home Gym Equipment for Dynamic Balance & Barre Class

The only equipment required is a sturdy chair or bench to assist with improving your balance.

Over the coming weeks I will introduce Thera bands, loop bands and a squishy ball. This equipment is optional and can be sourced at Big W or Kmart.

If you are going to invest in one piece of equipment,  I would recommend the squishy ball.  

If you don’t have the above, don’t worry! you will still get a great work out.
