LIIT training is Low Impact and far more enjoyable than High Intensity Interval Training

Gradual Increase in muscle endurance without putting stress on the joints.
Improves Balance & Stability, as the circuit is standing.
Increase Heart Rate.
Remember, you are in control
Light Dumbells: Alternatively You can use Soup Cans, water bottles filled with water or sand.
Bands: Subsitute Bands with Weights.
Shoes: It is recommended that you where your gym shoes.
Water: Keep Hydrated through out the workout.
How It Works
Send me an email and I will send you a Health Form. Once filled in I will give you a quick call to discuss any concerns.
Zoom Classes are $7 per single session. You will need to have your payment no later than Monday 2pm. Classes are Tuesday morning 9am to 9.40am.
Once your payment is received I will send you a link to the Zoom Meeting.
